Knoxville Office

Nathalie is the Escrow Officer and a partner in our Farragut office. She has worked in title for 4 1/2 years. Nathalie is a Spanish speaking closer and loves helping the Spanish community by doing Spanish closings. Prior to working in title, she worked in marketing and property management. Nathalie was born and raised in California. She has lived in Tennessee since 2016. She has a degree in psychology. Outside of work, most of her free time is spent with her two kids and husband. She loves to bake and use to bake professionally. She also loves to read and is addicted to coffee.

Katie is Title Group of Tennessee’s Escrow Officer. She currently resides in Clinton, TN with her daughter Sophie and fur baby Paisley. She has an Associates degree in Paralegal Studies. Katie enjoys arts and crafts, playing music, and traveling.

Kayla was born and raised in Oak Ridge, TN. She comes from a medical and sales background. She has been with Title Group of TN since May 2022. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, playing softball, and coaching her daughter in sports.

With a background in the Real Estate industry before entering the title business in 2017 and a degree in Psychology/Social Work from Carson Newman in Jefferson City, TN, Christy brings great expertise to her position of Escrow Assistant in the Knoxville office of Title Group of Tennessee. Christy is the Super proud Mom of two and the grandmother of a brand-new baby girl, Emerson. When she is not finessing files at Title Group, she enjoys her family, walks with her dog Bailey, and her passion for daily running in her community of Farragut, TN.

Paula serves as Director of Communications. She retired from Sr. Closing Specialist in July. She has been with Title Group since February 2019. She will greet you as you come through the door and make sure your experience is a happy one. She will answer calls coming in and answer any questions you might have or direct you to the correct person. Paula was born and raised in East Tennessee. She graduated from Bearden High and attended University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where she competed in Track. Competitive Softball and Bowling were other sports she was involved in. Paula and her husband Rick, were married this past April. Their combined family consist of Paula’s daughter, Chelsea and her husband, Sam, her son’s Corey and Shaquille, living in Tennessee. Rick has two daughter’s, Danielle married to Chris and Kylie. Our grandkids are Sylvia-5 (TN), Ryker-4 and Reilynn-3 months. They live in Kentucky. Paula is a GiGi and Rick is PaPaw. Paula and Rick live in North Knoxville. Outside of work, they enjoy traveling to new adventures. They love the beach, boating, gardening, and all sports. They love engaging with family. Paula loves people and has a strong suit of giving the best customer service around and believes in Title Group’s Slogan, “We Do Good Deeds!”
